I’m 19 years old and currently in my second year of a sociology degree at the University of Southampton. I have a huge passion for learning and teaching others – working as a receptionist and children’s party host at the weekends, and coaching gymnastics to children weekday evenings. By advancing to Uni and undertaking various contrasting modules, it has allowed for every scope of my imagination to be pushed and intertwined – granting me the ability of thinking outside the box, in many respects. Writing and researching fuels me to work hard and learn something new each day. I particularly enjoy researching and writing about how technology and its recent advances have paved the way for how we live today. The world has been altered in an unbeknownst way, with new generations growing up oblivious to how society existed before. This is definitely of interest to me and possibly something I would like to research in years to come.
